He joined Advanced Dallas as CEO in October 2025. In Dr. Dykman’s free time he loves to spend time at home and paint.

Maryrose joined the Advanced Dallas team in August 2023 and is focused on connecting the team and building an open-door policy with the staff. She has consistently showcased her dedication and leadership in accomplishing these goals. As an HR professional, she is always looking for opportunities to improve programs, processes, and internal policies to drive HR success.

Kerry Baucom

Kerry Baucom is the Chief Nursing Officer at Advanced Dallas Hospital & Clinics, focusing on high-quality care and exceptional patient experiences. Kerry's background in healthcare has been in quality and risk management within hospital settings, alongside leadership in nursing operations. In her role as Chief Nursing Officer, Kerry oversees nursing operations and manages patient care standards, ensuring alignment with the hospital's commitment to quality.
Kerry holds a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Science from Texas Woman's University and is finishing up her Nurse Executive degree at University of Texas Arlington. In addition, Kerry holds Certifications in Healthcare Quality and Hospital Professional in Accreditation.
