Dr. Vitali Azouz is a double board-certified plastic surgeon who brings a fresh perspective and a commitment to exceptional, personalized patient care.

He began his medical journey at the University of Texas San Antonio, where he completed medical school. He then completed a full General Surgery residency at Summa Health in Akron, Ohio prior to being selected for the highly competitive Plastic Surgery Fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston, Florida. During fellowship, he performed thousands of procedures in facial and body reconstruction, hand surgery and aesthetic surgery.

At HIM Plastic Surgery, Dr. Vitali Azouz specializes in chest and body contouring, with a particular focus on breast reductions, liposuction, mommy makeovers, daddy do-overs, post-weight loss skin removal (body lifts, tummy tucks, arm lifts), and aesthetic breast surgery.
